Description:
The machine has high filling speed with good quality and low cost,we also make the 3 in 1 can filling machine,4 in 1 can filling machine for our customers.the machine suit for filling juice/tea/cola/beer/wine/milk etc.they are supplied by taire machinery.

It adopts the normal pressure filling valves. When the cans coming from entry side,the filling parts will work and when the can on position it will filling at once,all the processing is automaticly.as the filled cans go to sealing unit,the machine will sealing cans automaticly,then transfer to next station by chain conveyor.

The machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC, Mitsubishi frequency converter, HMI touch screen.

The accurate production rate and quantity will be displayed on touch screen and the processing data can be set by touch screen.

The main motor and other electrical equipments are all in protection state.during the processing,all status will show on the touch screen.

The electric and pneumatic components of the machine are famous imported brands, and it also can be fitted according to client’s requirements.
