3gallon-5gallon barreled water filling line

System description:
This Barreled Water Production Line is specially produce 3-5 gallons barreled drinking water, the main filling machine that we have has many types such as:type120, type 200, type300, type450, type 600, type 900, type1200.

It integrates barrel washer, filler and capper into one unit. It contains water washing and sterilizing washing units. The capper part can seal barrel caps automatically. The production line equips with water spray device in order to ensure those caps sterile and clean, also this line can automatically carry out barrel, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging, with complete function.

Advanced design and complete automatic running ,it is a new kind of barreled water auto-producing line, which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies together.

Service:We Provide design free of charge and provide installation and commissioning service in lifelong time,We can help you to install the machine,from installation machine, testing, commissioning,and to check the machine is in the good working condition. There is only a little charge for engineers’ flight, travelling accommodation and subsidy.

Warranty:
We response for one year warranty for the machine, however, it without any human damage. And provide one-year free spare parts for client.

Delivery time:20 working days if no stock.

Payment: 30% T/T as advance payment and the balance should be paid before shipment after inspected by customer.
