Automatic plastic pipe belling machine

Introduction:
1.This machine is automatic and single straight socket. It remains the procedure interface which can make it work on line, and also off line. The belling scope is from 50mm to 200mm.

2.The belling pipes meet upvc10002.1---1996 standards. The belling part, which is smooth and does not have obvious step, achieves the national standard. The length of pipe is about 4-6m. It is earmarked for PVC pipes with straight socket type.

3.Heating Method: One oven. Pipes are heated by tubular electric heating element with rotating. The temperature is controlled accurately by temperature controllor. Pipes heating is driven by the accelerator and decelerator speed of the small electrical machinery.

4.The length of belling part is fixed by the photoelectric switch which is made it with the length of belling basically identical.

5.The fixed hydraulic pressure is 6.3 MPa, and compressed air pressure is 0.6 Mpa. The oil cylinder and air cylinder is furnished with voltage regulating devices and the modulating velocity valve.

6.Molding method:
(R-type)Add atmospheric pressure on the outside of pipe, while mould in the side of pipe is opened.

(Z-type)Push the belling mould directly into pipes.

Cooling method: air cooling,Water cooling.

1.Total power: 18 KW. Power source: 380VAC, 50HZ and three-phase (or according to customer request).

2.The center high is decided stochastically (according to customer's request).

3.Mould material: The opened blocks materials are 3Cr13 by quenching and tempering, and the slide blocks are 40Cr by nit riding, others are the 45# steel. their exterior are dealed with electroplating
