1 The brushing machine works automaticly by PLC,the processing is controlled by PLC and feedback by sensors.

2The machine has the following advantages, such as compact structure, simple operation and easy maintenance.

The auto brushing machine contains two parts as internal brushing unit and external brushing unit,the system is controlled by PLC,the signals feedback by sensors to PLC,brushes by motor drive,cylinder action,the whole process is automatically without manually.

Service:We Provide design free of charge and provide installation and commissioning service in lifelong time,We can help you to install the machine,from installation machine, testing, commissioning,and to check the machine is in the good working condition. There is only a little charge for engineers’ flight, travelling accommodation and subsidy.

Warranty:
We response for one year warranty for the machine, however, it without any human damage. And provide one-year free spare parts for client.

Delivery time:20 working days if no stock.

Payment: 30% T/T as advance payment and the balance should be paid before shipment after inspected by customer.

A1: About 20 days after we received the deposit(30%T/T in advance ,70% T/T before shipment )
