Description:
It is a kind of high efficiency equipment for plastic extrusion.it is mainly composed by force feeder,soft plasticization screw and barrel,high precision gearbox,exhaust system.it has features of even mixing,better plasticization,stable working,high capacity,and it is suit for produce PVC products from mixed power.with different moulds and other auxiliary equipments,it can produce plastic pipe,procile,board,sheet,granules and so on.

It is a special equipment designed for various kinds of PVC powder extrusion. With different moulds and downstream equipments,it can produce PVC pipes, profiles, panel, board, granules etc.

This conical twin screw plastic extruder adopts electrical heating with air force cooling, which can easy control the temperature within ±1°c. Main motor, gearbox, screws are in the same centre line. The screw and barrel contains oil cooling unit, which can make the temperature control precisely.
