Description:
Single screw extruder mainly apply to extrude PP,PE,PET,PVC,ABS,PS,PA etc material.it adopts special gear box,has features of low noisy,stable running,high carrying capacity,long service life.equipped with different mold and auxiliary equipments,it could produce plastic pipe,sheet,board,granules and so on.it has features of simple process,high output,atable extrusion pressure,and low cost..

It is a special equipment designed for various kinds of plastic powder extrusion. With different moulds and downstream equipments,it can produce plastic pipes, profiles, panel, board, granules etc.

This conical twin screw plastic extruder adopts electrical heating with air force cooling, which can easy control the temperature within ±1°c. Main motor, gearbox, screws are in the same centre line. The screw and barrel contains oil cooling unit, which can make the temperature control precisely.
